Email support@amuzz.in. Include the device type, app version, and what you expected to happen. Never send your password, Parent PIN, payment credentials, or a child’s private information.

Quick help

• Offline story: open the story while connected and save the complete story before going offline.
• Bedtime reminder: open Settings, choose the bedtime and reminder lead time, then enable reminders and allow notifications.
• Delete a profile: open family management, select the profile, and follow the delete confirmation.
• Delete the account: open Settings → Account → Delete account, or read the account deletion instructions.
• Alexa: enable the Amuzzin Alexa skill and follow Amazon’s account-linking steps.
