Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Amuzzin’s websites and apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and parent responsibility

You must be at least 18 and a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver to create or operate an account. Children may use parent-selected experiences only under adult direction; they may not create accounts. You are responsible for credentials, devices, the Parent PIN, account activity, and having authority to provide information about each child.

2. The Service

Amuzzin provides a parent-led catalog of bedtime stories and audio, family profiles, routines, memories, plans, and creative tools. The app keeps local data and caches story media, while online mode can synchronize account data. Features, catalog content, integrations, and availability may change.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Amuzzin a limited worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide and secure the Service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

4. Stories and AI-generated content

Some stories, images, narration, music, or creative outputs may be generated or assisted by AI. Output is probabilistic and may contain errors or unexpected material. An adult remains responsible for reviewing it and deciding whether it is suitable. The Service is not medical, psychological, educational, religious, or professional advice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

If paid features are offered, the price and billing cycle shown at purchase apply. Web payments may be processed by Razorpay. Apple or Google purchases are also subject to the applicable store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Manage recurring billing through the purchase channel. Account deletion stops active Amuzzin web auto-pay; store subscriptions may also need cancellation through the store. Refund rights follow applicable law and purchase-channel terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not violate law or another person’s rights; submit child information without authority; distribute abusive, exploitative, or unlawful material; bypass security; disrupt infrastructure; scrape or resell the Service; or reverse engineer it except where law permits.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party hosting, sync, storage, communications, payments, and AI providers and may connect to services such as WhatsApp, Alexa, or Kindle. Their services are governed by their terms.

8. Intellectual property

Except for your content, Amuzzin and its licensors own the Service, software, brand, design, and published catalog. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it for lawful family use.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Sync, cached content, integrations, and generated features may fail. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every output is accurate or appropriate.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amuzzin and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination and deletion

We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach. You may permanently delete your account in Settings. See Account and Data Deletion.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes are subject to competent courts in India. We may update these Terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes.
